Ms. Mueller is an associate at the firm. Her practice includes civil litigation, governmental and internal investigations, and white-collar criminal defense. She represents clients in commercial disputes before state and federal courts as well as national and international arbitral bodies. She also advises clients facing administrative, civil, and criminal investigations, and has experience assisting companies in responding to subpoenas, Civil Investigative Demands (CIDs), and other governmental inquiries.

Ms. Mueller received her J.D. from Duke Law School, where she served as Managing Editor to the Duke Journal of Comparative and International Law.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from the University of Texas and, before law school, worked at the Internal Revenue Service - Office of Chief Counsel.

Prior to joining Aegis Law Group, Ms. Mueller was an associate at Holland & Knight LLP, where she counseled clients in investigations before the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice; litigated commercial evictions, breach of contract disputes, and tort and First Amendment claims; and advised clients in data breach incident response.
